Our volunteers come from all walks of life and bring a wide range of experiences to our centre.

While many of our volunteers join to work with our riders and horses, many others assist with maintenance jobs around the property, which can include everything from fencing, irrigation systems, structural repairs and maintenance to the house, stables, sheds, bathrooms and offices.  In addition to these jobs, there are many housekeeping jobs that need to be attended to regularly.

Maintaining our 100 acre property is a big job, and we have some amazing people that keep everything ticking along nicely.  They share their wide array of skills with us with great generosity and we thank them.

Some of our volunteers join us and stay for a long time, others connect for a short time before their lives move on.  They all remain an important part of our RDA Family and our work wouldn't be possible without them all.
